Active accounts
While the customer relationship remains active, the product may retain account data, operational records, support history, and relevant security logs as needed to deliver the service and protect the environment.
Business and audit context
Because operational products often generate records that matter for billing, dispute review, workforce administration, or audit history, some categories may remain available longer than a simple session-based product would require.
Deletion
After account closure or an approved deletion request, BrasMedia expects to remove or anonymize data when continued identifiable retention is no longer justified, subject to technical backup cycles and any legal or defensible business retention need.
Backups, restricted records, and disputes
Some records may remain in backups, incident records, or restricted archives for a limited technical or legal reason even after active access ends.
