These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Gestão e Transporte product scope unless a more specific signed agreement controls for the relevant customer relationship.
Service positioning and document hierarchy
Gestão e Transporte is intended to support transport, fleet, dispatch, route, or operational workflows. It is not described on this page as an emergency dispatch service, a safety device, or a substitute for the judgment, licensing, and legal obligations of drivers, fleet operators, or supervisors.
If a signed commercial instrument, implementation appendix, or customer-specific operating schedule applies, that more specific document controls over this page to the extent of any conflict.
Operational responsibility and safe use
Customers and users remain responsible for:
- complying with transport, labor, privacy, and safety obligations that apply to their operation;
- validating instructions, schedules, and route decisions in the real-world context;
- making sure the product is not used in a way that creates unsafe driving or operational conduct.
Users must not operate the product in a way that encourages distracted driving or unsafe field behavior.
Additional professional-use rules for drivers, fleet operators, and field users appear in the Gestão e Transporte Driver Responsibility Notice.
Accounts, administrators, and workforce responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the administrators, dispatchers, supervisors, drivers, contractors, or other users who receive access to the product through their organization. They must manage permissions responsibly, protect credentials, and remove access when operational authority ends.
Prohibited use
The product may not be used to falsify logs, create misleading route or dispatch records, bypass lawful restrictions, or interfere with service integrity or third-party systems.
It also may not be used to direct unsafe conduct, mask compliance failures, or create misleading audit trails for workforce, fleet, or logistics activities.
Data and device dependencies
Product behavior can depend on customer-managed devices, local connectivity, external maps or routing inputs, workforce behavior, vehicle context, and integration state. BrasMedia is not responsible for failures caused primarily by those external dependencies or by customer-side misuse of the workflow.
Suspension, termination, and disclaimers
BrasMedia may restrict or terminate access where necessary because of misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, public product documentation does not create a guarantee that every route recommendation, status signal, or operational record will always be complete, real-time, or suitable for a safety-critical decision without independent verification.
Intellectual property and updates
Gestão e Transporte, its documentation, interface design, branding, and underlying software remain protected by intellectual property law and any applicable contractual rights granted by BrasMedia.
BrasMedia may update these Terms when the product scope, operational assumptions, or legal posture materially changes. The version and last-updated date identify the current public revision.
