BrasMedia TV (App) Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, safe, and rights-respecting use of BrasMedia TV, including content display, device integrity, and abuse handling.

This policy supplements the BrasMedia TV Terms of Use and focuses on safe deployment, content discipline, and device-integrity boundaries for the app.

Expected use model

BrasMedia TV is intended for legitimate customer-controlled display workflows on authorized devices. Customers are expected to deploy the app in a way that respects law, third-party rights, workplace obligations, public-audience considerations, and ordinary Android security discipline.

You may not use BrasMedia TV to

  • display unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, malicious, or rights-violating material;
  • impersonate another organization or misrepresent the source or approval of displayed content;
  • disguise phishing, credential capture, malware delivery, or surveillance activity as signage or media playback;
  • tamper with the app, device pairing, update channels, or managed configuration in a way that creates security or service risk;
  • use unauthorized rooting, debugging, scripting, or automation to bypass customer or platform restrictions in bad faith.

Public-screen and workforce-screen responsibility

Customers remain responsible for deciding what content is appropriate for the audience and location where a device is deployed. That includes internal notices, promotional material, employment-related communications, public messaging, and other screen-delivered content.

Where labor, accessibility, advertising, privacy, or sector-specific rules apply to the display environment, the customer remains responsible for compliance with those rules.

Review, takedown, and abuse handling

BrasMedia may review credible reports about app misuse, unlawful display content, repeat rights violations, device compromise, or dangerous deployment patterns. BrasMedia may block content, isolate devices, suspend pairing, require updates, or terminate access where narrower action is not enough to mitigate risk.

Reporting concerns

Customers or affected parties who believe BrasMedia TV is being used in violation of this policy should use Contact and Privacy Requests and identify the relevant app deployment, workspace, and device context as clearly as possible.
