BrasMedia TV (App) · Retention and deletion

BrasMedia TV (App) Data Lifecycle Notice

Retention and deletion guidance for BrasMedia TV device registration, playback, diagnostics, support, and technically retained records.

This notice explains the general retention and deletion approach for BrasMedia TV.

Active deployment

While a device remains paired or the customer relationship remains active, BrasMedia may retain device registration data, playback and operational state, diagnostics, support history, and relevant security logs needed to operate and protect the app environment.

Device unlinking and workspace closure

After device unlinking, workspace removal, or an approved deletion request, BrasMedia expects to remove or anonymize data when continued identifiable retention is no longer justified, subject to backups, incident records, and legal or commercially defensible recordkeeping needs.

Local cache and app removal

BrasMedia TV may temporarily store authorized media or configuration locally on the device to support playback continuity. App removal, device reset, or cache clearing may affect those local copies, but separate server-side records can remain available for a limited period according to operational, security, or support needs.

Backups and restricted archives

Some records may remain temporarily in backups, restricted incident archives, or short-lived recovery systems even after active use ends.

Relationship to deletion requests

To initiate a public deletion or unlinking request, see the BrasMedia TV (App) Account Deletion Guidance.
