BrasMedia Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, safe, and rights-respecting use of BrasMedia, including content, security, and enforcement boundaries.

This policy supplements the BrasMedia Terms of Use and focuses on conduct and content rules that protect the service, BrasMedia, customers, and third parties.

Expected use model

BrasMedia is intended for legitimate organizational communication, digital signage, branch operations, and related administrative workflows. Customers are expected to configure the product in a way that respects law, third-party rights, workplace obligations, and ordinary security discipline.

You may not use BrasMedia to

  • publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or malicious material;
  • impersonate another organization or misrepresent authority, origin, or approvals;
  • distribute malware, tracking payloads, or content designed to compromise screens or users;
  • interfere with the service, abuse the network, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • use the product as part of phishing, credential theft, fraud, or other harmful campaigns.

Content and rights responsibility

Customers remain responsible for the content shown through BrasMedia, including media, copy, internal communications, employee notices, or promotions. Where local labor, advertising, privacy, accessibility, or sector-specific rules apply, the customer remains responsible for compliance with those rules.

Customers should not upload content that they know or should reasonably know violates copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, employment, or platform restrictions.

Review, takedown, and repeated abuse

BrasMedia may review reported content manually or with automated signals that help identify malware, unlawful material, repeat infringement, or other policy risk. BrasMedia may block, hide, disable, or remove content, users, devices, or workspaces without waiting for full account termination when narrower action is reasonably sufficient to reduce risk.

Where the same customer, workspace, or user repeatedly triggers credible abuse or rights-violation reports, BrasMedia may escalate from individual takedowns to broader suspension, forced credential reset, device isolation, or permanent removal from the service.

Security-sensitive use and testing

BrasMedia may not be used to probe, attack, or benchmark the service in a way that creates risk for BrasMedia or other customers without prior written authorization through an appropriate security or testing process.

High-risk and prohibited deployment patterns

Customers should not use BrasMedia in a way that:

  • intentionally circumvents consent, privacy, or notice obligations applicable to displayed information;
  • turns the service into a credential-harvesting, surveillance, or malware-delivery channel;
  • delivers content that is unlawful for the intended audience or location;
  • bypasses account, plan, or technical limits in bad faith.

Enforcement and abuse handling

BrasMedia may investigate credible misuse reports and may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate access where necessary to mitigate risk or enforce these rules. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal or referral to the relevant authority or platform provider when appropriate.

BrasMedia may also remove or disable specific content, users, devices, or integrations without waiting for full account termination if narrower action is reasonably sufficient to mitigate risk.

Reporting concerns

Customers or affected parties who believe BrasMedia is being used in violation of this policy should use the public request route at Contact and Privacy Requests and identify the product, workspace, or content context involved as clearly as possible.
