This page provides the public commercial framework for BrasMedia. Customer-specific commercial details remain governed by the signed order form, proposal, statement of work, master agreement, or enterprise addendum that applies to the relevant relationship.
Commercial document hierarchy
Public product pages describe BrasMedia at a general level. They do not replace a signed order, proposal, statement of work, or master agreement. If there is a conflict between a customer-specific commercial document and this page, the more specific signed document controls for that customer relationship.
Pricing and plans
BrasMedia may be offered under different packaging, feature sets, deployment assumptions, or customer-specific pricing structures. Public materials may describe the service at a high level, but they do not replace the signed commercial document that defines the applicable fees and scope.
Billing, taxes, and payment
Invoices, billing cadence, taxes, and payment timing are controlled by the governing commercial document. BrasMedia may suspend access or withhold new service expansion where material payment obligations remain unresolved after appropriate notice.
Purchase orders, vendor onboarding steps, or customer procurement workflows do not by themselves amend BrasMedia’s legal or billing position unless BrasMedia expressly accepts those terms in writing.
Renewals, expansion, and change requests
Renewal terms, volume changes, rollout phases, implementation work, or project-specific deliverables are governed by the contract or order form. A customer should not assume that a public documentation update modifies its signed pricing or renewal logic.
Pilots, betas, and phased rollouts
BrasMedia may offer pilots, proofs of concept, phased deployment work, or beta features. Unless BrasMedia expressly states otherwise in the applicable commercial document, beta or pilot features may carry different support, availability, or warranty assumptions than generally available product features.
Refunds, credits, and cancellations
BrasMedia is a business product. Public documentation alone does not create a universal refund policy, public service credit program, or guaranteed response commitment. Any refund right, credit mechanism, or negotiated service level must appear in the governing commercial document or be required by applicable law.
If a customer chooses to stop using BrasMedia before the end of a prepaid or committed term, any refund or early-termination outcome depends on the governing commercial document and mandatory law, not on a general assumption drawn from this page alone.
Service levels and custom security obligations
If a customer requires uptime language, support response commitments, subprocessor disclosure, data-protection annexes, or customer-specific security obligations, those items should be documented in the relevant signed agreement rather than inferred from public marketing or documentation pages.
Suspension for non-payment
BrasMedia may restrict new deployment work, withhold optional services, or suspend access where payment obligations remain materially overdue and the governing commercial process permits that response. BrasMedia will typically prefer a commercially reasonable notice and cure path where the contract or context supports it.
Updates to this framework
BrasMedia may update this public overview when its packaging model, billing posture, or documentation structure changes. The version and last-updated fields identify the current published revision.
