This page exists to explain how third-party notices are handled for BrasMedia public materials and to disclose the open-source libraries currently used to publish this legal hub.
Scope of this page
This page is a public notice guide. It is not a representation that every BrasMedia deployment, device image, managed environment, or extension package contains the same third-party software inventory.
Notice handling model
The authoritative notice set for a BrasMedia software distribution, managed deployment, device image, or extension package may depend on the environment and version involved. Where a customer needs a current notice set for a delivered product version, that request should be routed through the applicable commercial or support channel so BrasMedia can identify the correct build and scope.
Public documentation hub dependencies
The current legal/documentation hub that publishes BrasMedia pages uses the following open-source packages in its build pipeline:
| Package | Role in the hub | License family |
|---|---|---|
markdown-it |
Markdown parsing and HTML rendering | MIT |
front-matter |
YAML frontmatter parsing | MIT |
slug |
Deterministic slugs for headings and routes | MIT |
Runtime and deployment variation
Delivered BrasMedia software or managed deployments may include additional third-party components, codecs, device-level packages, or service integrations that vary by environment, delivery date, customer scope, or platform.
Where a customer needs notices tied to an actual delivered build rather than this documentation hub, the request should identify the relevant version, deployment context, or environment so BrasMedia can locate the correct notice package.
Ownership, trademarks, and license boundaries
Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms, copyright notices, and trademark rules. Nothing on this page transfers rights in BrasMedia branding or in third-party marks.
Open-source notice disclosure does not grant a right to use BrasMedia marks, logos, UI assets, or customer content outside the permissions granted by the applicable license or contract.
Questions and delivered notice requests
If a customer needs a notice package tied to a particular BrasMedia deployment or delivered software version, use the request guidance at Contact and Privacy Requests and identify the relevant product version or delivery context.
Updates to this page
BrasMedia may update this page when the legal hub build pipeline changes or when the public notice-handling process for product deliveries materially changes. The version and last-updated fields identify the current published revision.
