These Terms apply to the URL Swap browser extension.
Intended use
URL Swap is intended for controlled URL rewriting or switching based on rules that the user defines. The extension must be used only for lawful, authorized, and rights-respecting purposes.
The extension is intended for user-controlled workflows. It is not described here as a tool for bypassing access restrictions, impersonating third-party services, or silently redirecting users for unauthorized tracking or commercial manipulation.
Platform and distribution rules
If URL Swap is distributed through a browser extension store, the relevant store terms and platform rules also apply. Nothing in this page overrides those platform requirements.
Store operators may remove, limit, or require updates to the extension under their own policies. BrasMedia may also update, suspend, or discontinue the extension if legal, security, or platform constraints require that result.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use URL Swap to:
- bypass access controls or licensing restrictions;
- redirect users to malicious or deceptive destinations;
- interfere with third-party systems in an unauthorized way;
- violate browser-store rules, platform requirements, or applicable law.
Permissions and host access
Users remain responsible for installing the extension only in contexts where they are authorized to inspect navigation context, apply host permissions, or perform the configured redirect behavior.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL Swap is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser behavior, host permissions, and compatibility may vary across versions and platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, BrasMedia expects indirect or consequential damages to be excluded to the extent allowed by law.
