Device counts, subscription scope, renewals, taxes, invoicing, and payment timing depend on the relevant customer relationship and distribution model. Public product documentation does not replace a signed commercial document or store-managed billing flow.
Refunds and cancellations
If a purchase is made through Google Play or another app-store billing flow, the relevant platform’s purchase and refund rules generally control that transaction. If billing occurs directly through BrasMedia or a managed enterprise arrangement, the applicable contract, invoice terms, or mandatory law control cancellation and refund outcomes.
Public documentation alone does not create a universal refund right, public service-credit program, or guaranteed cancellation outcome.
Pilots, betas, and staged rollout work

Suspension for non-payment or channel restrictions
BrasMedia may restrict new activations, managed-device expansion, or continued app access where material payment obligations remain unresolved or where the relevant store, MDM, or channel no longer permits continued distribution.
