This notice describes the app-license framework for BrasMedia TV.
Nature of the license
BrasMedia TV is made available under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app only in authorized ways consistent with the governing customer relationship and these public documents.
No ownership rights in the software, source code, product design, trademarks, or related know-how are transferred to the user or customer except to the limited extent expressly granted for permitted use.
Software restrictions
Except where applicable law or a specific written agreement requires otherwise, users may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
- copy, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app outside the authorized deployment model;
- interfere with update, pairing, security, or integrity controls;
- use the app in an unlawful, abusive, or rights-violating manner.
Updates, remote changes, and managed control
BrasMedia may issue updates, patches, compatibility changes, or remotely applied operational adjustments where necessary for security, support, platform compatibility, or product improvement.
If a customer uses managed-device tooling, the customer’s own device-management controls may also affect app behavior, startup, configuration, or availability.
License revocation and termination
The app license may be suspended or terminated where use violates these documents, the customer relationship ends, the app distribution channel no longer permits continued availability, or continued operation would create legal or security risk.
Third-party components
BrasMedia TV may include or rely on third-party components that remain subject to their own license terms. Public notice for broader BrasMedia software components appears in the BrasMedia Third-Party Notices.
Updates to this notice
BrasMedia may update this app-license notice when the software distribution model, legal posture, or platform assumptions materially change. The version and last-updated date identify the current public revision.
